On June 29, a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council for the defense of a dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 081 "Law" was held in a mixed format.
In the specialized academic council of DF 69, Dmitry KORNILOV successfully defended his dissertation on the topic "Collective-contractual regulation of labor relations at the local level in the system of social dialogue."
The study is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of collective-contractual relations, improvement of mechanisms for protecting employees' rights and development of social dialogue as an important component of modern labor law.
The work of the specialized academic council was headed by Vitaliy PAVLIKIVSKY, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Law of KhAI.
