The Faculty of AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING held a traditional student holiday "Meeting the Best 2026".
The event was held in the new, modern conference hall of Kharkiv Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics "Conference Space OPEN SKY".
The holiday brought together the best students of the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering from different cities of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia) and countries of the world (Finland, Germany).
This year, participants were awarded in the following nominations:
- excellent students
- student athletes
- creative students
- student volunteer.
A specially invited guest "Young Creative Star" also took part in the holiday.
The holiday was attended by Rector Oleksii LYTVYNOV, Dean of the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering Dmytro KRYTSKYI, teachers, students, staff and guests. The event was hosted by Deputy Dean Volodymyr BOLDOVSKYI and Director of the Student Club "KhAI" Shamsiya MUSAYEVA.
Oleksii LYTVYNOV and Dmytro KRYTSKYI awarded the participants. Certificates and gifts were received by seven nominees present. For the first time, thematic merch boxes in the style of the animated series "KhAI - Mission Possible" were presented.

It's nice to see so many smiles and joy on the faces of students and guests of the holiday during the celebration! And how cool that our university has safe spaces for the implementation of such projects.
