Recently, a large-scale stream session for applicants was held at the new career guidance center "Kharkiv Element". The event became a platform for direct dialogue between applicants, university scientists and representatives of the real economy.
The main goal of the meeting is to show future students the path from studying in the classrooms of KhAI to career success in leading technology companies.
The professional component of the training was presented by Kateryna MAYOROVA, Head of the Department of Aircraft Production Technology (104). She presented the educational trajectories of the university, emphasizing that modern aerospace education is a combination of fundamental knowledge and work with advanced technologies.
The discussion was joined by key stakeholders of the Khai faculties, who today shape the industrial and digital face of Ukraine:
- Serhiy SAENKO, Director of EVA CHARGERS LLC (stakeholder of the 4th faculty), spoke about the development of the energy-efficient technologies industry and the need for young specialists capable of creating innovative products.
- Serhiy SOKOLOV, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC FED (stakeholder of the 5th faculty), revealed the role of IT solutions in modern industry. He emphasized that today's aircraft construction is impossible without business process optimization and digitalization.
- Oleksiy ZAYARNY, Unity developer and graduate student of the 3rd faculty with 9 years of experience, shared insights from the world of GameDev, VR/AR and business systems, proving that the Khai base allows for successful implementation in the most trendy IT areas.
During the Q&A session, applicants were interested not only in the intricacies of admission, but also in practical aspects: the first salary, the opportunity to combine work with study, and the necessary soft skills.
The Kharkiv Element project is a space where young people can test out different professional roles with the help of experts. For KhAI, participation in such events is a priority, because we strive for each of our applicants to make their choice consciously.
We thank the speakers for their meaningful speeches, and our future fellow students for the driving atmosphere and apt questions!
