ATTENTION! If you have received a recommendation for enrollment, you MUST confirm it!
If the application in your electronic cabinet is green and has the status "Recommended for enrollment", you must confirm the choice of a place of study. Without this, enrollment is impossible.
Step 1. Log in to the applicant's electronic cabinet
Go to the link: https://cabinet.edbo.gov.ua/profile/requests Enter your login and password.
Step 2. Open the "Submitted applications" section
Find the application that is: marked in green and has the status: "Recommended for enrollment". It is the one that needs to be confirmed.
Step 3. Click the "Confirm" button
After clicking, a new confirmation window will open.
Step 4. Check
Check the box next to the message about familiarization with the requirements for military registration.
Important! This mark is set by all applicants, regardless of gender or military service.
Step 5. Select "Apply KEP"
Click the "Apply KEP" button. This will require two devices:
A computer or laptop - an electronic account with a QR code is open on it.
A phone - with the Diya application installed, in which Diya.Signature is activated.
Step 6. Open the Diya application
On your phone: open the Diya application; if necessary, activate Diya.Signature (if not already activated).
Step 7. Scan the QR code
In the Diya application: open the QR code scanning function; scan the QR code displayed on the computer screen. After that, Diya will offer to confirm signing.
Step 8. Sign the request
In the Diya application: carefully check the information; click "Sign"; wait for a notification about successful signing.
Step 9. Check the result
Return to your electronic account and refresh the page.
If everything is done correctly: the date and time of confirmation will appear next to the application, and the status will be updated.
