On December 24, 2025, a conference of the labor team of the National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute» was held in a mixed format. Summing up the year and defining strategic steps for the future, the event brought together everyone who works every day for the development of the University.
Oleksiy Litvinov, acting rector of KhAI, presented a report on the University's activities in 2025, noting the team's achievements in the areas of scientific research, educational activities, international cooperation, infrastructure development, support for students and social responsibility. Particular attention was paid to the challenges that the University had to face in wartime conditions.
Within the framework of the conference, a new version of the Rules of Internal Procedure and changes to the Collective Agreement were also discussed and approved. Yuriy Pronchakov, head of the trade union committee, reported on the implementation of the Collective Agreement, emphasizing the desire of Khai Khai for openness, justice and support of its employees.
The composition of elected members of the academic council was updated, the commission on labor disputes was approved, and the Regulations «On the Scientific Society of Students, Postgraduates, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists of the University» were considered and adopted. All decisions were aimed at strengthening organizational stability and creating conditions for the development of science and education in the realities of military trials.
Despite the technical difficulties caused by power outages in the city, the conference was productive: all issues on the agenda were discussed, and decisions — were adopted in full.
The event took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue, mutual understanding and a pre-Christmas mood, becoming a reminder that even in difficult times, joint efforts and responsible decisions form the foundation of future successes of KhAI.
