On the eve of SCIENCE DAY in Ukraine, the Department of Document Studies and Information Activities (705) of KhAI held a scientific and methodological seminar for specialists of libraries of the Kyiv district of Kharkiv - “Modern Library: Scientific Approaches and Career Trajectories of a Specialist in the Digital Age”.
During the full-scale war, Kharkiv libraries became spaces of support, learning, communication and internal support for thousands of people. That is why the development of librarianship and support of specialists remain important for the city, which continues to live, teach and hold the educational front.
During the seminar, they talked about how libraries can remain modern and needed in the digital world, how to build a professional trajectory even in times of uncertainty and how to turn challenges into opportunities for development.
The participants paid special attention to modern approaches to organizing digital documentation, new work standards and creating content for social networks. And the practical part of the creative SMM turned into a real exchange of ideas and experience.
