In May, the Head of the Department of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering (305) of Kharkiv Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Roman TRISHCH made a series of working visits to leading universities in Europe dedicated to the development of international cooperation, joint research and participation in international projects.
- May 11 | Lublin (Poland): At the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, the professor gave a guest lecture on modern approaches in qualimetry and discussed future research initiatives with Polish colleagues.
- May 12 | Lublin (Poland): Visit to Lublin University of Technology. During meetings with deans and scientists, vectors of cooperation in the fields of transport, automation, robotics and energy were outlined, and joint publications and grants were agreed upon.
- May 14–16 | Vilnius (Lithuania): A report on the second stage of the international project "Creation of Centers of Excellence" was presented at Mykolas Romeris University.
- Prague (Czech Republic): During a visit to the Czech Technical University in Prague, the professor got acquainted with the powerful laboratories of the faculties of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and construction (in particular, the Department of Measurements). The main result was agreements on academic mobility and joint developments in automation and robotics.
- Žilina (Slovakia): The working meeting at the University of Žilina was dedicated to digital transformation, innovative technologies and participation in European grant programs.
This intense European marathon opens up new opportunities for academic exchange of students and teachers, and also gives a start to cool high-tech projects.
