On May 20, a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council was held at the National Aerospace University “KhAI”.
During the meeting, the university’s scientists who became the winners of the annual competition “Young Innovator” were recognized. The competition is held on the initiative of the Kharkiv Regional Council of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers and the Kharkiv State Scientific Library named after V. G. Korolenko with the support of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
First-degree diplomas in the nomination “Best Innovative Proposal” were awarded to Oleksandr KAPINUS and Oleksandr SKIBA — graduate students of the Department of Aircraft Production Technology.
A second-degree diploma in the same nomination was awarded to Serhiy KRASOVSKY — Head of the Laboratory of the Department of Aircraft Production Technology.
In the nomination “Best Development in the Direction of Armaments and Military Equipment,” a first-degree diploma was awarded to Vitaliy SIROKLIN — Head of the Department of Intelligent Measuring Systems and Quality Engineering.
The Kharkiv Regional Council of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers awarded Kateryna MAYOROVA, Head of the Department of Aircraft Production Technology.
During the meeting, the participants also discussed the results of scientific research and current issues of organizing scientific work at the university. Among the main topics were changes in reporting and scientific indicators of departments and faculties, planning of scientific and research work, as well as rewarding scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers based on the results of state certification.
Separately, the scientific secretary of the library, Iryna OLIYNIK, spoke about the work with the electronic catalog of the KhAI's scientific and technical library.
