The defense of the dissertation for the degree of PhD in law was held at KhAI.
At the end of July, a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council for the defense of the dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 081 "Law" was held in a mixed format.
In the specialized academic council of DF 72, Valeria TURSK'KA successfully defended her dissertation on the topic "Fashion and Crime: Criminogenicity and Prevention of Negative Influences".
The study is devoted to innovative and topical issues of criminological analysis of the influence of fashion on criminal manifestations, the study of its criminogenic factors and the development of effective measures to prevent negative social phenomena in this area.
The work of the specialized academic council was headed by Vitaliy PAVLYKIVSKY, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Law at KhAI.
