Students of the Faculty of Intelligent Management Systems took part in an online seminar organized by the Kharkiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center.
During the seminar, participants learned:
- what a personal brand is and why it is important;
- how to analyze your path: past, present and future;
- what skills (hard skills) shape competitiveness;
- how to determine your strengths and professional goals.
Students actively participated in the discussion, answered practical questions and shared their own thoughts. Separately, they spoke about the role of teamwork, as well as the possibilities of training, retraining and advanced training with the support of the employment service.
Today, it is important for a student not only to gain knowledge, but also to understand who you want to be next and where you can realize yourself. Such meetings help to see this vector and take the first conscious steps towards a professional future.
