The National Aerospace University “KhAI” has transformed protective shelters into a full-fledged training center. Lectures are held here, modern laboratories, simulators, and 3D printers are in operation, drones are created, and piloting is taught — all in safe conditions.
During the full-scale war, KhAI suffered more than 200 confirmed strikes. Buildings, laboratories, and dormitories were damaged. But the university restored its infrastructure and created a space where students can study even during times of unrest.
Today, about 700 students are studying in a blended format, mastering aviation, space, and defense engineering. Education in Kharkiv continues — as a manifestation of the resilience of the city and the country.
