Another important step in the development of partnership between education and employment has been taken - a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" represented by Rector Oleksii LYTVYNOV and the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center represented by Director Denys OLIYNIK.
The document defines the main areas of interaction between the parties aimed at developing the human resources potential of the region, increasing the competitiveness of education seekers and graduates in the modern labor market, as well as expanding the opportunities for professional development of citizens.
The cooperation includes the implementation of joint educational, career guidance and scientific and practical activities, the organization of practical training for education seekers, assistance in their employment, participation in vocational training, retraining and advanced training programs, in particular with the use of state support programs, including training vouchers.
During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, the development of practice-oriented education, training specialists for priority sectors of the economy, holding joint events for youth, employers and teachers, as well as mechanisms for effective interaction between the university and employers and the employment service.
The signing of the memorandum is an important step towards strengthening the connection between education and the labor market, will contribute to the professional development of youth, the development of human capital and providing the Ukrainian economy with highly qualified specialists.
