The University has concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Executive Committee of the Kupyansk City Council of the Kharkiv Region.
The document was signed by the Acting Rector of KhAI Oleksii Lytvynov and the Head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration Andriy Besedin.
Considering that the KhAI dormitories have been a second home for internally displaced persons from the Kupyansk region for several years, this is not just a formal decision - it is a logical continuation of the already formed human mutual support, which today is moving to the level of systemic cooperation.
In addition, this memorandum is about joint responsibility for the future of the community: about supporting youth, access to education, restoring the region through knowledge, science and interaction.
This cooperation opens up new opportunities for joint projects, the development of education, science and supporting the region. We believe that joining forces will contribute to the implementation of innovations and creating prospects for future specialists - and will become another step towards the restoration and strengthening of the Kharkiv region.
