On June 26, the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” held meetings of the Specialized Academic Council D 64.062.09, during which public defenses of dissertations in the specialty 25.00.02 “Mechanisms of Public Administration” were held.
Valeriy KOTLYAROV successfully presented his dissertation “Mechanisms of Information Security Implementation in the Public Administration System” for the degree of Doctor of Science in Public Administration.
Olena MKRTYCHYAN’s PhD dissertation on the topic “Financial Mechanism of Development of Railway Transport Enterprises” was also defended. The scientific supervisor of the study was Doctor of Economics, Professor Olena ZORINA — Professor of the Department of Marketing, Commercial Activity and Economic Theory of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport.
After a secret ballot discussion, the members of the Specialized Academic Council unanimously supported both works and decided to award the applicants the corresponding scientific degrees.
