This week, a meeting of representatives of the trade union of education seekers, the student council and the university administration took place. The head of the trade union committee Shamsiya Musayeva, deputies Maria Skitska and Maksym Kalashnikov, heads of trade union bureaus, deans of faculties, vice-rector for NPR Andriy Humenny and others were present. The main topic of the meeting was the results of a survey, in which more than 500 education seekers took part. The survey was dedicated to the organization of the educational process.
Representatives of the student government raised questions related to the functionality of the Mentor system, improvement and standardization of educational materials, the appearance of educational courses. Questions were also raised about elective disciplines, academic integrity, the schedule of study pairs, transparency of communication with teachers, etc. In the joint discussion, vectors for further work were formed.
Such meetings will be held systematically to improve interaction between the university administration and education seekers.
