KhAI's secure space is back up and running again

With the beginning of the academic semester, the safe space of KhAI was again filled with the voices of students.

Teachers of the Law Department (702) of the Faculty of Humanities and Law are actively working in protected classrooms.

Professor of the Law Department, Deputy Dean for Educational, Organizational and Pre-University Work Mykhailo FIALKA conducts weekly lectures on the courses "Crime Prevention" and "Criminal Offenses at Critical Infrastructure Facilities and Air Transport" for students of group 727pd.

In the photos - another lecture class on the discipline "Crime Prevention" on the topic "Crime and its Signs". In a mixed format, students participated in a thorough analysis of the content of the concept of crime, its key signs and types.

Special attention was paid to crime indicators - their essence, characteristics and application both within the framework of general criminological research and during the analysis of its individual types. The issues of latency of crime and the current state of crime in Ukraine caused a lively discussion.

But the main thing, which Professor FIALKA emphasizes, is that theoretical knowledge should be put into practice. This is the principle of training future law enforcement officers: the ability to think critically, analyze the situation and apply legal tools for the real protection of people and the state.
