On April 23-24, the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Transcarpathian Legal Readings” was held in Uzhgorod.
This year’s theme is “Adaptation of Ukraine’s Legal Policy to the EU Acquis”.
The focus is on European integration, transformation of the legal system, digitalization and security challenges of our time.
Our university was represented at the forum by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Svitlana DOMBROVSKA, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine.
As part of the conference, she delivered a report: “Mechanisms of Implementation of Modern Threats in the Information Sphere in Conditions of Information-Hybrid Conflicts”.
Her speech was devoted to the analysis of information risks, their impact on the state and society, as well as the search for effective approaches to counteraction in conditions of hybrid war.
The event brought together leading lawyers and scientists from Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Lithuania and other countries and was held in a mixed format on the basis of Uzhhorod National University.

KhAI's participation in such events confirms that the university is not only a center of aerospace technologies, but also an active participant in the formation of national security and information protection strategies of Ukraine on its way to the European Union.
