On January 27, we, together with the whole world, honor the memory of the people who became victims of the Holocaust - one of the most tragic pages of the history of the 20th century.
On this sorrowful and memorable day, we remember those whose lives were destroyed by cruel manifestations of discrimination and violence, and we remind ourselves and our community: the memory of these terrible events is our moral duty, and knowledge is our protection against the repetition of crimes against humanity.
The memory of this day is not only a sorrow, but also a call to each of us: to preserve humanity, to resist hatred, to cultivate a culture of memory. Only by remembering can we protect the future.
International Holocaust Remembrance Day is a reminder of the value of life, respect for human dignity, and the responsibility of each of us before history.
