In accordance with the minutes No. 7 of the meeting of the organizing committee for the election of the rector of the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" dated February 13, 2026, a decision was made to appeal to the candidates for the position of rector to publish their election programs on February 16, 2026 at 12:00 in auditorium 231 of the main building of the university.
At the specified time, the candidates:
- Zaitsev Vitaliy, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor (transferred the election program through the Deputy Chairman of the organizing committee Volodymyr Stepanenko);
- Lytvynov Oleksiy, Doctor of Law, Professor,
submitted their election programs to the organizing committee.

The programs were published in accordance with the established schedule of the electoral process.
