To help or to manipulate? While universities are actively introducing artificial intelligence into communication with applicants, the question arises: where is the line between useful technology and an imperceptible influence on the choice of a future student?
Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Artificial Intelligence (304) of Kharkiv Academy of Sciences, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Scientific and Educational IT Society Dmytro CHUMACHENKO shared his thoughts on how artificial intelligence is changing the admissions campaign in his new article for "Progressylny".

- digital admissions campaign: algorithmic advertising, chatbots, personalized messages and predictive systems are gradually becoming part of universities' communication with applicants;
- new opportunities - new risks: automation helps overcome bureaucratic barriers, but generative AI in marketing can create risks of discrimination and manipulation of choices;
