Today, the large KhAI family sincerely congratulates the 75th anniversary of the man-era, professor and unchanging mentor of youth - Volodymyr NAZIN.
The story of Volodymyr is an example of devotion to his native university. Having come to KhAI in the distant 1968, he forever linked his fate with aviation. A graduate of the Faculty of Aircraft Engines (1974), he went through all stages of scientific and teaching formation: he defended his candidate and later doctoral dissertations, taught at his native university for decades and has been working in the responsible position of deputy dean for academic work for over 30 years.
Today, Volodymyr is a professor at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Robotic Systems. His scientific achievements are over 90 scientific papers, numerous patents and textbooks, which are used by new generations of engineers. His life experience, wisdom and true KhAI patriotism became the basis for an invitation two years ago to the Council of Elders of KhAI - an honorary circle of university veterans, where authority, experience and devotion to their native institution are especially valued.
For students and colleagues, Volodymyr is not only a demanding and fair teacher, but also an example of incredible willpower. At KhAI, they know well: in any weather - rain or snow - Professor Nazin goes out to his running distance. Decades of an active lifestyle and sincere popularization of sports among student youth have made him a true ambassador of the "KhAI's character". This is the very "perpetual motion" that inspires those around him.
Dear Volodymyr!
Please accept my sincere gratitude for your many years of work, devotion to the university and the generation of engineers you have educated.
We wish you:
- peaceful skies over KhAI and students in the classrooms of your native Motorka;
- inexhaustible energy, which will be enough for many more marathons - both life and running;
- strong aviation health, family warmth and well-being.
May happiness and luck always be your faithful companions, and each new day brings joy from the successes of your students and new achievements!
