A truly landmark event took place at the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” — the first graduation of students of the advanced training courses of the Regional Training Center for Information Technologies, Cybersecurity and Information Protection was celebrated. This initiative of the rector of KhAI, Oleksii LYTVYNOV, became a reality thanks to the strong support of the leadership of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
The main objective of the training was the practical training of specialists capable of effectively counteracting modern cyber threats, managing risks and protecting critically important information. The final chord of the program was the final qualification test, which all participants successfully passed, proving the high level of their knowledge and readiness to immediately apply them in practice.
The ceremonial presentation of certificates was carried out by the head of the Regional Training Center, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor and Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Vyacheslav KHARCHENKO. Congratulating the graduates, he stressed the importance of continuous professional development and emphasized that cybersecurity specialists today play a crucial role in protecting critical information infrastructure and strengthening the national security of Ukraine.
This first graduation is an important milestone for the training center itself. He confirmed that the university's cooperation with the State Service for Special Communications gives real results in training qualified cyber specialists.
