The National Aerospace University “KhAI” actively attracts talented and ambitious young people — future students who will not only develop aviation and rocket technologies, but also make a significant contribution to the restoration and preservation of Ukraine's ecological space.

That is why caring for our native land, awareness of modern environmental challenges, interest in innovative technologies, and, most importantly, concern for the future of the environment are important components of the university's career guidance and educational activities.

Recently, Valeria KLEEVSKA, senior lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Technogenic Safety of the KhAI, Olena MIROSHNICHENKO, engineer at the department, and Oleksandra SUSHKO, a student majoring in E2 “Ecology,” held an educational event at Kharkiv Lyceum No. 173.

The theme of the event, “Climate Change: Causes, Consequences, Adaptation Measures,” is extremely relevant in the context of current global and national challenges.

Holding such events and informing young people about global environmental problems is an effective way not only to draw attention to the importance of protecting the natural environment, but also to familiarize future applicants with the specialty for which specialists are trained at the Department of Ecology and Technogenic Safety of the Kharkiv Aviation Institute.
