The defense of a dissertation is always about the future.
And during wartime, it is also about resilience, about the ability of science not to stop.
The successful defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 121 "Software Engineering" was held at KhAI.
On April 23, Oleksandr LYUBIMOV, a graduate student and assistant at the Department of Software Engineering, successfully defended his dissertation on the topic: "Adaptive methods, algorithms and software tools for balancing reactivity and energy consumption of on-board computers of CubeSat nanosatellites."
The research was carried out at the department within the framework of scientific projects:
- “Experimental testing of the on-board computer of a dual-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle” (with the support of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine)
- “Methods and means of ensuring fault tolerance of on-board hardware and software systems of computing platforms of UAVs and nanosatellites”
Scientific supervisor — Professor Igor TURKIN, Doctor of Technical Sciences, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology.
This research is about modern challenges of space engineering.
About the balance between reaction speed and energy efficiency.
About technologies that determine the reliability of small spacecraft today.
We sincerely congratulate you on this important achievement!
We wish you new scientific heights, bold decisions and further achievements — for the development of Ukrainian science and the aerospace industry
