Today, March 9, a traditional thematic dictation dedicated to Taras Shevchenko’s birthday took place in the safe space of KhAI.
Despite the difficult circumstances of front-line Kharkiv, the event was attended by students, teachers, and everyone who wanted to test their knowledge of the Ukrainian language and together honor the figure of the great Kobzar. The atmosphere was warm and focused - in the silence of the shelter, the Ukrainian word written by hand sounded.
The participants’ works are now being checked.
The name of the winner will be announced soon.
The authors of the three best dictations will receive special prizes from KhAI, which will be personally presented by the acting rector of the university, Oleksii Lytvynov.
We thank everyone who joined this beautiful university tradition.
Because the Ukrainian word is what unites us even in the most difficult times.
