The dialogue between students and the university administration is built on the criteria of transparency and trust. The purpose of such meetings is one - to highlight issues that require additional attention and to propose effective mechanisms for improving the educational process, both for students and teachers.
The working meeting, initiated by the trade union of students and the student council, was attended by representatives of youth activists from all faculties, as well as the vice-rector for professional development, deans, and heads of specialized departments. The day before, a survey was launched where everyone could leave feedback and ideas. This is what was voiced: about improving the Mentor platform, about improving communication between students and teachers, about the format of the educational materials presented, about access to certified software products, as well as about the content of courses, additional disciplines, and proposals for creating a video bank of lecture materials. An analysis of the work on the issues that were submitted for consideration after the meeting in April was also conducted. It was important to hear feedback and make sure that certain issues were really resolved.
We can confidently say that KhAI is a student-centered university, where policies of transparency, academic integrity are built and young people are always heard.
We are moving forward - a new academic year is ahead, and with it new faces of first-year students and new joint steps to improve the overall level of education.
Dear youth of KhAI, it is up to you to study, put in maximum effort and diligence to become the best specialists in your fields, and from the university's side to create the most favorable conditions for comfortable study and attract all possible resources for you.
Your trade union and student council
