Another important stage of the academic year has come to an end — defenses of the qualification papers of students of specialty 029 "Information, library and archival affairs" were successfully held at KhAI.
The path to the dream diploma was not easy. Air alarms, communication interruptions, changing plans literally at the last minute — all this has become a part of the student's everyday life. But the future specialists did not stop: they found an opportunity to connect, returned to defenses after interruptions, continued to work and presented the results of their work with dignity. This is how professionalism and character are formed.
The topics of this year's qualification papers covered a wide range of relevant areas: scientific data and university libraries, electronic libraries and document circulation, digitization of enterprises and technical universities, international archival cooperation, information support for science, marketing of the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, archival heritage of Kharkiv Oblast, case nomenclature, development of modern public libraries, technical documentation, digital recruiting and many other topics.
It is especially gratifying to see that students are already thinking in modern terms, researching real challenges, offering practical solutions and demonstrating readiness to work in the profession. Behind each presentation - months of hard work, dozens of studied sources, search for answers, new discoveries and personal victories.
