The goal was simple and important: to see how the youth of KhAI understand quality — in life, in products, in services, in education, and in the profession they have chosen.
And the answer turned out to be deeper than one might expect.
Students of all courses shared their own formulas for quality — from the very personal to the professionally balanced:

- “Harmony, experience, care — and a result that works” — Elizaveta and Serhiy
For students of the 303rd department, quality is not only technical standards, measurements or compliance with norms. It is thinking, responsibility and the ability to see the result more broadly than the process itself.
This is the philosophy of quality engineering — a profession that determines what our technologies, services, products and standard of living will be.
