On December 11, 2025, at the National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute», in the meeting hall of the Academic Council of the university, a dissertation defense was held on the topic: «Methodology, models and information technologies for ensuring the guarantee capacity of service-oriented mobile systems based on UAV».

According to the results of the defense, all 11 members of the specialized academic council of Khai Khai unanimously voted to award Ihor Mykolayovych the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
