Student Anastasia Shlyomka — an internationally renowned athlete and a first-year student at the Faculty of Intelligent Control Systems — is well known at KhAI.
These days, the Ukrainian Sambo Championship among men and women took place in Lutsk — the main national start of the season, where the composition of the Ukrainian national team for the World Cup, European Championship and World Championship is being formed.
Athletes from 22 regions of Ukraine — almost 300 participants: experienced masters and young fighters — took part in the competition. Among them — many active military personnel who combine service with regular training.
In a tense fight among the strongest athletes in the country, student of group 318 Anastasia Shlyomka demonstrated endurance, technical skill and true sportsmanship. The silver award is the result of daily work, strength of spirit and faith in victory.
