According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, received by letter dated 30.12.2025 No. 640/14-830-160980, the Thai International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in cooperation with Thai agencies/academic institutions, has announced a competition for scholarships to study within the framework of the Annual International Training Course (AITC) for 2026.

At the same time, please note that in accordance with paragraph 219 of the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 57 of January 27, 1995, in the event of martial law being imposed on the territory of Ukraine, only male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 22 (inclusive) are allowed to cross the state border.
