One of the main events of the KhAI Day celebration was the solemn ceremony of awarding the university’s teachers, staff and students.
Darka Olifer, the press secretary of the Leonid Kuchma Presidential Fund “Ukraine”, visited KhAI with holiday greetings. She conveyed to the university community the congratulatory words of the second President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, a long-time friend and partner of the university.
The awards were presented to the laureates by the rector of the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” Oleksii Lytvynov.
During the ceremony, KhAI Honorary Certificates, KhAI Diplomas, KhAI “For Merit” badges and the “KhAI Star” honorary distinctions were presented. The distinctions were received by teachers, scientists, staff and students who, with their work, professionalism and dedication, contribute to the development of the university and strengthen its authority.
The most active students and representatives of the KhAI trade union movement were also awarded for their significant contribution to the development of the university community.
