At the Kyiv location, KhAI was represented by a team of managers and teachers who work daily to develop a modern and high-quality educational environment at our university.
During the Module, participants worked on key topics of strategic vision, effective management, leadership in times of change, academic integrity, and building modern educational processes.
Intensive discussions, practical exercises, team tasks, and decision modeling became the basis for the formation of new competencies, experience, and management approaches that the KhAI team brought home.
The program is designed to form a new generation of academic managers — capable of thinking strategically, building effective teams, implementing changes, strengthening the quality of education, and making Ukrainian universities resilient, flexible, and open to innovation.
At the end of the Module, the KhAI team had the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from different universities in Ukraine, present their own approaches, and receive professional advice from international experts.
