Scientific and educational center of microsatellite construction

During the operation of the center, the power supply module of the additional payload of the Ukrainian youth microsatellite was created. The main goal of the work is the development of a new promising small-sized block of the power supply system module for micro and nanosatellites, the analysis of its functional capabilities, ranges and limitations on the static and dynamic characteristics of power supply at low-voltage power supply based on photovoltaic batteries with multi-transition photovoltaic converters and lithium-ion storage batteries with increased energy-mass characteristics, as well as working out the combination of a low-voltage power supply system with the platform's standard power supply voltage. As a result of the work, the initial data, product composition, installation requirements were formed, as well as the main ideas of the space experiment were considered, and detailed information on the algorithm of the experiment was provided.

A structural diagram was developed, which contains all the main elements of the power supply system and reflects the combined operation of the low-voltage power supply system with the platform power supply system. Based on the used part, a functional circuit was developed, to which a second secondary power source from the platform was connected. It is planned to place an autonomous controller on the interface of the power supply system, which is part of the bus converter for the rapid determination of the parameters of the consumption currents on the channels and the output voltage. The results of the work are presented in the form of a report for the main executor - the National Center for Aerospace Education of Youth of Ukraine.

Educational and practical work on space communication for obtaining telemetric information of Lapan-TUBSat and BEESat microsatellites was carried out. The technical task and technical and economic justification of the power supply module of the additional payload and the on-board equipment control system and the telemetry data collection unit for the Ukrainian youth microsatellite, which is being created by the universities of Ukraine, have been developed. Presentations were made to the State Space Agency and the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine with the aim of obtaining permission to open and finance the works.
