Technological processes of metallization of low-melting materials
In the period from 1980 to 2000, technological application processes were developed at the "VYKHOR" installation (magnetron mode):
- conductive layers on materials with a low temperature of phase transitions (substrate temperature during processing is 20-30°С);
- shielding coatings (Cr) on thermoplastic polymer materials (polycarbonate).
