Proposals for cooperation
of the Department of Ion-Plasma Technologies and Equipment

1. Development and production of plasma generators intended for the technological purpose:

- planar magnetron,

- plasma ion accelerator;

2. Development of technological processes of applying multi-component, multi-layer coatings with the possibility of changing the composition both in thickness and in length of the processed product in the process of formation and equipment for their implementation:

- the technological process of forming multi-layer multi-component coatings;

3. Design and manufacture of installations for vacuum modification of the surfaces of parts.

4. Design and manufacture of in-chamber equipment and individual units of installations for vacuum modification of parts surfaces:

- the nozzle is adjustable;

5. Modernization of the existing equipment for vacuum modification of the surfaces of parts to fulfill tasks relevant to the customer.
