In accordance with the Regulations on the Provision of Paid Services (excluding educational services) by the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute,” paid services are provided on the basis of:
- A written application – for an individual, drawn up in any form;
- A contract (agreement) – for an individual or legal entity;
- Payment for the service – in accordance with the procedure established by law.
If, according to current regulatory legal acts, the customer has the right to pay for the service in installments or only after the service is provided, all staged amounts and payment deadlines must be specified in the relevant contract (agreement).
For paid services provided to individuals, payment must be made before the service is provided. The procedure, terms, and types of payment for services provided to legal entities may be specified in the terms of the relevant contract. Payment for services is made to the University’s account through banking institutions.
According to the Regulations on the Procedure for Providing Paid Educational Services by the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute,” paid educational services are provided by the University provided that the material and technical base meets the requirements of the law. If legislation establishes the requirement for licensing or obtaining permits to provide a paid service, the service may be provided only after obtaining such permits.
Paid educational services are provided on a voluntary basis:
- For individuals – based on a written application and/or a contract (agreement);
- For legal entities – based on a contract (agreement).
The contract (agreement) between the Customer and the University must include:
- The subject (type) of the paid service;
- The procedure for providing the paid service;
The cost and terms of payment;
- The duration of the contract;
- The responsibilities of the parties.
Paid educational services are provided by the University on the condition that funds are deposited to the University’s account as prepayment in the amount and within the timeframe specified in the contract. Payment for educational services is made to the University’s account through banking institutions in a cashless form under prepayment conditions within the timeframe specified in the relevant regulations on providing the particular paid educational service or in the contract (agreement).
