The National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service informs that the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has launched the KOICA Scholarship Program for 2027, aimed at training representatives of partner countries to promote socioeconomic development in their home nations.
The programs cover the following fields:
- e-governance and public administration (2 Master's programs);
- digital innovation in artificial intelligence (Master's and PhD programs);
- capacity building for climate change and environmental management;
- economic development policy for sustainable and inclusive growth;
- capacity building in health policy and financing;
- social economy.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for participation.
Interested candidates must submit the completed application form and other required documents to NAACS by July 08, 2026, at [email protected] for subsequent forwarding to the KOICA Office in Ukraine and the Korean side.
