What should you do?
1. Choose your path. Select a specialty and a university or college that has an Educational Center (a list and contacts of centers can be found on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science or on the website of the chosen institution).
2. Call or write to the Educational Center at the chosen educational institution — they will help you with all the details.
3. Submit your documents and take the entrance examinations. Everything can be done either in person or online — whichever is more convenient for you.
No school certificate? Not a problem! The Educational Center will help you obtain it through a school that has the appropriate authority.
4. Congratulations — you are a student!
