The International Projects and Programs Office provides support to KhAI research teams in securing funding for research and development projects carried out jointly with foreign partners.

Our activities are focused on international funding sources, with particular attention paid to the "Horizon 2020" program as the largest program for funding research and innovation projects in Europe.

Our Services:

Preparation of Project Proposals

If you are planning to submit a project proposal for a research funding call, our office can assist with:

- Selecting the appropriate call and funding instrument;

- Consortium building and negotiations with partners;

- Preparing the project proposal (administrative, organizational, legal, and financial matters).

Our staff members have extensive experience in writing project proposals and are well-versed in European procedures, strategies, and the specifics of R&D activities.

We can provide recommendations to improve your project proposal, making it more competitive.

Informing and Networking

One of our key priorities is to encourage KhAI research teams to participate in international research funding programs. To this end, we regularly inform our staff about funding opportunities, open calls, and relevant events via email newsletters and various seminars.

We also utilize all available opportunities to disseminate information about KhAI's research capabilities (both online and during events) and to establish links with foreign partners across various fields.

International Project Management

During the implementation of projects funded by foreign programs, in addition to the core research work, it is necessary to address administrative, legal, and financial issues, which can be time-consuming for the research team.

Our office team has significant experience in managing international projects, taking into account national and internal rules and procedures.
