When moving into the dormitory of the KhAI student campus, you must have with you:
- Admission notice to the university (recommended);
- Bank receipt for accommodation payment;
- Passport and a certificate with a note of deregistration;
- Document with a note from the Military Registration and Enlistment Office (RVC) about deregistration;
- Four 3×4 cm photographs (for dormitory purposes);
- Accommodation order – issued by the administration of the KhAI student campus from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) at: 1 Vadym Manka St. (entrance from the end of KhAI Dormitory No. 7).
The accommodation order must include a mark confirming completion of the medical examination – the medical check is conducted at the KhAI medical office in Dormitory No. 8.
For students who, with the agreement of the student campus administration, wish to occupy more than one bed space, the accommodation fee will correspond to the actual costs associated with living in the dormitory and the related utility payments, with prepayment for at least one quarter (3 months).
Payment is made through the banking system to the following details: KhAI Student Campus: UA828201720313251001202017426 at the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, Kyiv, code 23912896 – for accommodation in the KhAI dormitory, full name of the student must be indicated in full.
