Article 1141. Obstruction of Lawful Activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Other Military Formations
1. Obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period — shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to eight years.
2. The same act that led to the death of people or other grave consequences — shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years.
Article 335. Evasion of Call-up for Regular Military Service, Military Service upon Call-up of Officers
Evasion of call-up for regular military service, military service upon call-up of officers — shall be punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years.
Article 336. Evasion of Call-up for Military Service During Mobilization, During a Special Period, for Military Service upon Call-up of Reservists During a Special Period
Evasion of call-up for military service during mobilization, during a special period, for military service upon call-up of reservists during a special period — shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
Article 3361. Evasion of Civil Protection Service During a Special Period or in the Event of Targeted Mobilization
Evasion of civil protection service during a special period (except the reconstruction period) or in the event of targeted mobilization — shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
Article 337. Evasion of Military Registration or Training (Special) Camps
1. Evasion by a conscript, person subject to military service, or reservist of military registration after a warning issued by the relevant head of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, heads of the relevant bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine, or relevant units of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine — shall be punishable by a fine of three hundred to five hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or correctional labor for a term of up to one year.
2. Evasion by a person subject to military service or a reservist of training (special) camps — shall be punishable by a fine of five hundred to seven hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or correctional labor for a term of up to two years.
