Article 210. Violation of Military Registration Rules by Conscripts, Persons Subject to Military Service, and Reservists
Violation of military registration rules by conscripts, persons subject to military service, and reservists — shall entail the imposition of a fine from thirty to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Repeated commission within a year of the violation provided for by part one of this Article, for which a person has already been subjected to an administrative penalty, as well as the commission of such a violation during a special period — shall entail the imposition of a fine from fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Article 2101. Violation of Legislation on Defense, Mobilization Preparation, and Mobilization
Violation of legislation on defense, mobilization preparation, and mobilization — shall entail the imposition of a fine on citizens from one hundred to two hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens and on officials — from two hundred to three hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Repeated commission within a year of the violation provided for by part one of this Article, for which a person has already been subjected to an administrative penalty, as well as the commission of such a violation during a special period — shall entail the imposition of a fine on citizens from two hundred to three hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens and on officials — from three hundred to five hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Article 211. Damage to Military Registration Documents or Loss thereof through Negligence
Damage or careless storage of military registration documents (certificates of registration at conscription stations, military IDs, temporary certificates of persons subject to military service) by conscripts, persons subject to military service, and reservists, which resulted in their loss — shall entail the imposition of a fine from thirty to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Repeated commission within a year of a violation from among those provided for by part one of this Article, for which a person has already been subjected to an administrative penalty, as well as the commission of such a violation during a special period — shall entail the imposition of a fine from fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
