Main areas of activity of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the National Aerospace University “KhAI”:
- Protect the labor, socio-economic rights, and interests of trade union members in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Trade Unions, Their Rights and Guarantees of Activity,” “On Education,” “On Higher Education,” and the Labor Code of Ukraine.
- Implement the Statute of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine and the resolutions of higher trade union bodies.
- Monitor compliance with the Collective Agreement between the Rector and the University staff through the head of the trade union organization of the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute.”
- Monitor the administration’s compliance with safe working conditions.
- Improve organizational and informational work within the trade union organization.
- Conduct training for trade union activists.
- Organize health-improving and cultural recreation for employees.
- Organize sports activities among employees.
- Organize children’s recreation programs.
- Exercise control in the field of public catering.
