Design, Prototyping, and Experimental Study of a Passive Radar with an Interference-Resistant Illuminator Signal for UAV Detection", State Reg. No. 0123U102000

In the process of carrying out the scientific research, the following scientific and technical tasks will be resolved:

- field test results of the developed experimental mockup of a passive radar for detecting UAVs in flight against sky and ground backgrounds will be obtained;

- contrast values for various types and classes of UAVs observed statically under various tactical and weather conditions against typical ground surface cover, both with and without broadband noise illumination, will be established;

- recommendations for the technical implementation of an all-weather, high-precision radiometric UAV detection system will be developed;

- UAV detection methodologies under adverse weather conditions will be improved;

- the method of radiothermal contrasting and correlation or dual-spectral processing for detecting various types of UAVs will be improved;

- UAV detection methodologies based on the analysis of correlation function shapes and radiothermal contrast values will be developed.
