The Department of Intelligent Measuring Systems and Quality Engineering has more than 60 years of experience in training highly qualified engineering personnel. The main focus of the department's activity is the preparation of bachelors and masters in the field of development, production, operation, and metrological support of modern intelligent measuring systems, as well as in the field of standardization, certification, and quality management.
Training is conducted by experienced faculty members, including 13 Candidates of Sciences (Ph.D.) and 2 Doctors of Technical Sciences. In the department's educational laboratories, students acquire educational, professional, and scientific competencies.
Students of the department participate in international scientific conferences and internships, including international ones, complete industrial training at modern enterprises, and take an active part in student life.
Research and development work is conducted at the department, focusing on improving the technical and economic indicators of modern information-measuring systems through new design, operation, and diagnostic methods, as well as the development of competitive hardware solutions.
