Due to the need for orderly accommodation of students in the dormitories of the “KhAI” campus and the preparation of places for first-year students, in accordance with the Regulations on the Campus and the Regulations on the Specifics of Using University Dormitories, and in order to ensure compact student accommodation, at the end of each academic year the dormitory administration together with the faculty student trade union bureaus conduct interviews regarding dormitory placement. This is preparatory work for accommodation in the next academic year. The interviews are conducted according to the relevant schedules and conditions.
During the dormitory placement interviews, the following data are taken into account:
- absence of outstanding payments for accommodation by the end of the current academic year;
- absence of violations by the resident of the provisions of the Regulations on the Specifics of Using University Dormitories during the current academic year.
The lists of students formed based on the interview results are signed by the faculty deans, agreed with the faculty trade union bureau, and approved by the Campus Director. Student accommodation for the next academic year is carried out according to these lists.
Students who have not passed the interview for continued accommodation are not allowed to settle in for the next academic year and must vacate their dormitory place.
