The Kharkiv Regional Society of Inventors and Innovators and the V. G. Korolenko Kharkiv State Scientific Library, with the support of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, invite KHAI youth to participate in the annual "Young Innovator" competition.
The event aims to stimulate scientific and technical creativity, expand the implementation of innovations, and enhance the competitiveness of products of Ukrainian enterprises.
Participant age: up to 44 years.
Deadline for submission of documents: April 15, 2026.
Preparation of the Document Package
Please note the division of documents by importance.
Mandatory documents (without these, the work will not be accepted):
1. Application for participation.
2. Author information form.
3. Copy of the patent or a copy of the decision to issue it.
4. Full description of the scientific or technical development.
Documents that significantly affect the final score (recommended):
5. Calculation of the payback period for implementing the invention.
6. Justification of the economic effect (profit or income).
7. Analysis of the potential market volume for the product under the patent.
8. Evidence of international recognition (diplomas, certificates from exhibitions and events where the invention was presented).
Important: the absence of documents listed in points 5–8 is not a reason for rejecting the work, but it may affect the overall evaluation.
Eligible submissions include:
- patents for inventions and utility models;
- applications for which a patent issuance decision has been made;
- copyright registration certificates;
- scientific papers and articles published no earlier than January 1, 2021.
