The objects of activity for graduates of this specialty are the management of organizations and their subdivisions. 

The goal of training is to prepare specialists capable of identifying and solving complex tasks and problems in the field of management or during the educational process, involving research and/or innovation under uncertain conditions and requirements; and to prepare specialists capable of solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions in the field of managing organizations and their subdivisions.
