Due to martial law in Ukraine and to ensure the safety of applicants, registration for the Unified Entrance Exam (EVI) and the Unified Professional Entrance Examination (EFVV) will be conducted in both remote and in-person formats.
Registration begins at 9:00 AM on August 7 and ends at 6:00 PM on August 17, 2026
For successful remote registration, please follow this algorithm:
1. Prepare a set of scanned copies or photocopies of the registration documents:
- a completed application form for issuing the examination sheet, signed with your Qualified Electronic Signature (QES/KEP);
- an identity document specified in the application form;
- a document confirming the Registration Number of the Taxpayer's Account Card (RNTRC/RNOKPP), or a document explaining the reason for omitting the RNTRC from the application form;
- a higher education degree document (for individuals who completed their studies in previous years);
- a document photo (color or black-and-white) corresponding to the applicant's current age (.jpg or .png format, maximum file size 1 MB);
- a medical certificate (Primary Documentation Form No. 086-3/o), if special conditions are required for taking the entrance exams.
When filling out the application form with the information required for issuing the examination sheet, prospective PhD students must specify the location in Ukraine where they wish to take the EVI, as well as the foreign language chosen for the exam.
Please note! The specially organized session of the EVI will take place exclusively within Ukraine.
Applicants have the right to modify their registration data by re-registering within the designated registration period.

2. Send scanned copies or photocopies of your registration documents to the email address of the faculty selection committee.
Before sending your email, please carefully verify all information specified in the application form.
3. Receive a scanned copy of your examination sheet.
A representative from the selection committee will verify the presence and proper execution of all required registration documents.
Upon successful registration, a scanned copy of the examination sheet will be sent to the email address specified in your application form. The original examination sheet will be stored at the selection committee. If you discover any errors on your examination sheet, you must contact the selection committee.
The hard copy of the examination sheet can be obtained in person by contacting the selection committee or delivered via postal service (Nova Poshta), provided you indicated this preference in your application form.
If you do not receive the examination sheet at the address specified in your application form at least two weeks before the start of the entrance exams, you must contact the selection committee to which you submitted your registration documents for clarification.
Registered participants will have access to an information page titled "Applicant Portal" on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, accessible via the examination sheet number and the PIN code printed on it.
By August 07, participants will receive an invitation pass on their personal information page specifying the date, time, and location of the test.
The EVI exam will take place between September 11 and September 13, 2026.
Results of the specially organized EVI session on a 100–200 point scale will be posted on participants' personal information pages by September 21.
If an applicant is unable to participate in the entrance exam(s) for any reason, they must send the previously received examination sheet along with a signed cancellation application via postal service (or courier/in person) to the corresponding regional center no later than three weeks before the start of the main exam session.
